You'll automatically receive an email with a link to our Pet Story Order Form. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Upload at least 3 clear, well-lit photos of each pet (face clearly visible) and tell us your style or scene preferences.
Love one of our sample photos?
Choose Royal or Celebration, then enter your preferred sample number (e.g. 3/11 or 2/4).
Have your own idea? Send a reference image or describe the style you want in the order form.
Please note: All custom requests must be submitted through the order form after purchase, not by personal email. Once you submit the form, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email.
Delivery
Up to 3-5 business days after we receive your form and suitable photos.
Revision
One round of minor adjustments is included. Major changes (such as a new style or scene) may cost extra.
